Our experienced technicians at the C.A.O create cutting launches from the CUT PARTNER module of our ERP DEVA, MODARIS V8 and DIAMINO V6R2 to comply with your production orders. Our main objectives are the optimization of materials through the excellent efficiency of our layouts and the respect of deadlines. Our cutting room is equiped with four quilting leader machines and two LECTRA IX lingerie cutters highly efficient and accurate. The SVMAT, EDIPTAQ and LIDO modules of our ERP allow us to have an advanced durable traceability from launch to shipping. The automatic development of the cutting reports made available to the customer allows us to analyse and monitor consumption with the aim to optimizing it. The final inspection by sample consists of the evaluation of each approved production batch based on the technical file. The lot will be accepted of refused according to the NQA, standards previously defined and usually used in the profession. As a result of this control, a percentage of defective parts and another percentage of the returned batches will be established as control indicators. The latter is created for each client and each workshop.
